The Buck Bantam BBW 284 is a tough EDC pocket knife that is characterized by an excellent price-quality ratio. You easily open the blade with the help of the thumb studs. A backlock ensures that the blade stays in place. As such you don't even have to worry about the knife closing during the more demanding cutting tasks. The blade is made from 420HC. A classic, stainless type of steel that is easy to sharpen.
The handle is made from FRN. FRN is a rock-solid and lightweight material that provides you with a lot of grip. The handle is also enhanced with finger grooves, making it feel very solid hand. The Buck Bantam is produced in the United States. As such you get a lot of 'Buck' for your money.
